What is SynaBot?

SynaBot is an AI adoption platform for small businesses and professionals. Instead of a single general-purpose chatbot, SynaBot ships a curated roster of role-based AI assistants — Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, HR and more — each with a written brief, a defined tone and conversation starters. Every assistant, prompt, tool and article is personally reviewed by founder Mark Barclay.

One subscription. Every assistant.

Pay once. Get 40 specialist assistants for less than ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro.

ChatGPT Plus is $20/mo. Claude Pro is $20/mo. Gemini Advanced is around $20/mo. Each one gives you a single general-purpose chatbot. SynaBot Pro is $19/mo and gives you a whole curated team — Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales, Ops, Tech and more — each with its own persona, brief, tone and memory. Cancel your other subscriptions. One bill covers everything.

  • 40 role-based assistants, not one generic chatbot
  • Runs on frontier models (Gemini Pro) under the hood
  • Persistent memory, projects & multi-agent team discussions
  • One monthly bill — cheaper than a single competitor plan

What is SynaBot?

SynaBot is an AI adoption platform for small businesses and professionals. It provides a curated roster of role-based AI assistants (marketing, sales, operations, legal, finance and more), a library of over 1,000 tested prompts, a directory of 1,000+ AI tools, and a knowledge base organised into ten expert-reviewed pillars. Every asset is curated by SynaBot's founder, Mark Barclay.

Who is SynaBot for?

SynaBot is designed for small business owners, solo founders, marketing and operations teams, and professionals who want to adopt AI without hiring an in-house AI team. Complete beginners start in the New to AI hub; experienced users deploy Pro assistants with persistent memory, projects and multi-agent team discussions.

How is SynaBot different from ChatGPT or Claude?

ChatGPT and Claude are general-purpose chat interfaces. SynaBot is a curation layer on top of frontier models: each assistant has a defined role, a written brief, conversation starters, a tone, and cited source material. That means you skip prompt engineering and get consistent, role-specific answers — plus persistent memory, project folders and team discussions in the Pro tier.

Who is behind SynaBot?

SynaBot is founded and curated by Mark Barclay, an AI consultant and small-business operator with three decades of experience across marketing, technology and operations. Mark personally reviews every assistant brief, pillar article and tool listing. See the About the founder page for full biography, testimonials and career history.

Is SynaBot free to use?

Yes. Free members get 100 tokens on sign-up, access to the entire prompt library, the full AI tools directory, the knowledge base and Lite assistants powered by Gemini Flash. The Pro plan unlocks Pro assistants (Gemini Pro), persistent memory, file uploads, projects and multi-agent team discussions, plus a monthly token allowance.

How are the AI tools chosen?

Every tool in the SynaBot directory is manually reviewed against a checklist covering pricing transparency, security posture, use-case fit and vendor stability. Tools display their official brandmark, category, pricing and canonical website — no affiliate-driven rankings.

Can assistants work together as a team?

Yes. Pro members can start a Team Discussion where multiple assistants respond in sequence to the same brief — for example, Marketing, Legal and Finance reviewing the same launch plan. Each assistant keeps its own persona, memory and tone.
